Warranty Coverage
We, Ferangeli Guitar Handcrafter, are proud of the instruments we made from Entry-level, Mid-end, High-end and Premium models — from the date of purchase to one (1) year of the original owner.
All hardware installed in the instrument has 7 days replacement warranty, starting from the day the instrument was received by the owner.
Warranty Exceptions
- Owner Supplied materials and hardware.
- Wear and tear or deterioration of the instrument or its parts due to normal usage.
- Wear and tear or deterioration of the instrument or its parts due to customer delays in payment, shipment instructions or pick-up.
- Settling of the finish is considered “normal use”.
- Defects and damages due to modifications, misuse, neglect, abuse, accidents, acts of nature, or improper maintenance of the instrument and its parts. Ferangeli Guitar Handcrafter reserves the right to check the instrument for any defects and damages.
- Defects by subjective personal likes or judgments, including subjective opinions regarding tonal characteristics of the instrument or grain characteristics or colors of woods.
- Defects and damages of the instrument such as cracks, splitting, warping of wood, or damage to the instrument’s finish caused by accident, exposure to change in or extreme instances of temperature or humidity, exposure to sunlight, moisture, straps, stands, or hangers which cause harm to the instrument. Ferangeli Guitar Handcrafter reserves the right to check the instrument for any defects and damages.
- The warranty will be voided once the instrument is being modified or repaired by any person or entity other than Ferangeli Guitar Handcrafter, without any consent and approval by Ferangeli Guitar Handcrafter.
- Shipping damages are not our responsibility and insurance should be undertaken. This warranty takes place over any other warranty.
- Shipping/insurance charges are not part of the warranty.
