Custom Model – Engelmann Spruce, Acacia with MoP Inlay back and sides

We first made these Mother of Pearls humpback inlays on some of our guitars early 2000’s where most of our instruments were solid wood humpback guitars. In the first quarter of this year, we made yet another one!
There are 3 things special about this guitar:
- First, is its back and sides, it’s carved from a thick book-matched wood joined together then hand-carved to the humpback shape.
- Second is cracking Mother of Pearl inlay covering the whole back and sides of the guitar, randomly placed with the different possible colors of the Mother of Pearl.
- Lastly, is the soundhole insert made of solid Philippine Ebony.
